Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive an item to contact us and initiate a return. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We'll also have to verify proof of purchase, so please retain receipts/records.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you that it's been received. Once we've inspected the item we'll immediately notify you about the status of your refund. With regards to original paintings, if it's broken, damaged, scratched, or has been tarnished or degraded in quality in any way we most likely will not issue a refund. We'll assess the damage and investigate the situation to make a determination and notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved we'll initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

You'll receive the credit within the time frame determined by your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Because we cover shipping within the USA, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for all domestic returns. International shipping costs are non-refundable, so shipping costs from international returns will also be the responsibility of the purchaser requesting a return. 

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
